Tuomas Salminen is the head of Sweco's Industry and Energy Division in Finland. He has nearly 20 years of experience in industrial investment projects, covering all phases from conceptualization to implementation. At Sweco in Finland, nearly 1,000 people work on industrial and energy projects, and over 70% of their generated revenue is related to green transition projects. Before his current role as division head, Tuomas led a business unit at Sweco that was responsible for the development of the energy business, including hydrogen economy.
